Ritenour Custom Lawn Care Inc of Butler, PA is a locally owned and operated company that has been in business for more than 50 years. We are a third-generation family business. We provide weed control, fertilization, and other services to make our residential and commercial customers’ outdoor green spaces healthy and thrive throughout Western Pennsylvania. We utilize the best materials, equipment, and practices to achieve this on a daily basis.
We are looking to add Lawn Technicians to our team for the 2026 season. We provide all the training for this role. You need to have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be reliable and willing to take directions and learn what we do. This position is fast paced and involves being on your feet for more than half the workday in various outdoor weather conditions.

- Full-Time: Monday through Friday, daylight hours.
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Qualifications:
- Must enjoy working outdoors and being physically active.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, DOT Physical and background check.
- Strong work ethic, independence, and customer service mindset.
